What is this meeting about?

Sweden is celebrated as one of the world's most transparent countries, so it came as no surprise when it led the way in publishing its local interpretation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive (EPTD) in May 2024.

In this session, Linnéa Molin will guide us through Sweden’s journey toward implementing pay transparency, supported by other Reward professionals from Sweden. Showing the journey, starting with the country’s cultural readiness for the EPTD, reactions to the extensive 300-page directive released in May, and insights into how Swedish companies are currently navigating this new landscape.

Join us to explore the practical steps toward becoming transparency-ready. From understanding legal obligations and defining a pay transparency roadmap to reviewing current pay practices, the Swedish network will offer a comprehensive overview. She'll also share the top reactions, questions, and challenges Sysarb has encountered from Swedish companies over the past six months, giving you valuable insights into Sweden's approach to pay transparency.

There will be the opportunity for Q&A and specifically to discuss pay transparency readiness.
