What is this meeting about?
Many organizations deal with shift work. There is one category that has special C&B characteristics, namely the full-continuous shifts. In the Netherlands, these often involve 5-shifts with a 10-day cycle: two mornings, two evenings, two nights, four days of weekend.
During this spar session, Refresco will indicate what they are up against and we will exchange experiences and practical examples, including how to deal with:
- Vacation, ADV and allowances: on the basis of 40 hours or 33.6 hours?
- Elderly regulations: what works and what doesn't?
- Holiday and time-for-time allowances
- Shift allowances and reduction when shifts are changed
A nice follow-up to the July 4 session on the level of shift pay in a more international setting.
