What is this meeting about?
Friesland Campina is reviewing their overall Pay Design & Market Positioning in preparation of the 2026 pay cycle. Samia will explain the Why, What and How of this project and for the sparring part is keen to address some crossroads they came across in the design phase.
The sparring part will address amongst other things::
- How to define a market positioning framework for large scale organizations? (same position across markets? Same for all positions? Or not?
- How to manage flexibility v/s control while dealing with large scale organizations?
- What elements should be considered for choosing external reference? (Industry, Peer Group, or based hiring from, losing to?)
- When choosing a market reference percentile above median (e.g. P60, P75), what is the Story line? (Business Situation, Competition, Talent needs, Reputation?)
- How to address the talent/reward segmentation for top / niche talents within a standard framework?
