A.I. and (future) HR professionals

The world of HR is undergoing profound changes, and technology is playing a crucial role. In this online session, we will delve deeper into the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the HR profession. We are doing this session with Renske van Geffen (lecturer HR data & graduation coordination - HvA), fellow graduation coordinators from other educational institutions and Marcel Uijen from AFM. Very fun and interesting to connect education and business and seek alignment on the A.I. theme within the HR field.

• Marcel will take us through the case study regarding A.I. within HR at AFM.
• Renske will take us through how A.I. is treated within higher education HR.
• And of course we are going to make the connection to what A.I. skills will be needed in the coming years and how education can respond to this.
