What is this meeting about?
In this session, Eric Raeskin from DLL will tell us how has created an environment for himself and HR to actually start applying AI in a key HR process in the Rewards domain. Being as self-proclaimed geek in this matter , he will share an example specific to their Career Architecture Framework, focus on HOW over WHAT this time, so also very interesting for people less familiar in the Rewards domain.
Most important, he will show, very hands on, how to connect excel, power-automate and co-pilot within the Office 365 domain to achieve efficiency, standardization and validation in this tedious HR process.
This meeting is a second run from the one on December 9th and is planned to cater for those who could not join or were not aware of the meeting.
