While many organizations have made significant progress in their DE&I initiatives, it is crucial to acknowledge that the work is ongoing and there is no turning back even though in some parts of the world it might seem we might be paying less attention. Does urgency stay as high as we hope from an HR perspective? Is the EU Directive on Pay Transparency/Equity propelling it? How can Reward accelerate societal progress?
