What is this meeting about?
Currently Job Architecture is the top choice as topic, followed closely by Total Rewards strategy- and we should be able to cover both. And certainly link them to the dilemmas we all see with the Pay Transparency Directive around needs of precision and documentation- while balancing this with pragmatism, organizational context and needed agility.
