Rosa van der Deen takes us through the five Cs of successful onboarding, in which she especially zooms in on the importance of the C of Creativity. She shares with us her L&D experience at large companies and setting up a successful learning environment during onboarding at Alliander. There, proper onboarding for all 250 new employees each month was high on the HR priority list.
