What is this meeting about?
Budget Home is making the transition this year to a generic job home, where positions are not only described in a task-oriented way, but where there is a greater focus on skills and competencies (skills). This aligns with the focus on skill-based learning. But how do you set this up properly? What do you need to consider? How do other organizations approach this?
In this spa session, we will discuss the design phase of a generic job center using a number of statements. We will discuss choices around structure, types of roles and associated skills.
It would be very valuable to spar with organizations that are in the same phase and thus in the process of setting up a generic job center. However, organizations that are a bit further along and can share best practices from their perspective are also very welcome!
