What is this meeting about?
Canon has a variety of service tools that work together. The company has already attempted to implement various AI components into these tools. Koen Smedts, a Learning Professional at Canon, would like to use this brainstorming session to outline Canon’s current situation and then discuss with everyone what successes can be achieved.
Canon recognizes that there is enormous potential for gains in AI-assisted learning. They see opportunities in integrating learning into the workplace.
Some of the challenges include the fact that this is not integrated with an LMS, because they work with different regions and dealers, all of which use their own LMS.
