What is this meeting about?
After an inspiring meeting at ANWB about AI within the L&D domain, we noticed on all sides that we are far from finished talking about this. So we are providing a nice series, approaching AI in the workplace from different angles.
AI is big: We are all working on it, we are all learning, we are all doing our best, we all use a different definition. And that is precisely why we are setting up a series within Rumbold around AI, so that we can spar with each other, organization-wide, develop, learn from our mistakes and grow.
In this kickoff session, Anton Knipper of Braindrills will outline the framework by sharing core insights with us regarding the role of learning and development in relation to neuroscience. For this, he has 3 paradoxes that he will explain and we can explore together. We will focus on change management, social developments, skills development and the actual application of AI in the workplace. All from an AI perspective.
In this kickoff we will set the framework together and possibly discover other perspectives. Sparring, learning from each other and experiences or success stories from one's own practice remain the starting point.
