Benchmarking

In this online meeting on Benchmarking, we will get insights on the topic from Xavier Baeten (Professor of Reward and Sustainability at Vlerick Business School). Based on research specific to “how and on what” Reward professionals participate in benchmarking , Xavier will address key findings of a recent survey on the topic, combined with insights from his vast academic experience on rewards.
