Putting a collective bargaining result to a vote by all your employees
Traditionally, in collective bargaining negotiations, a bargaining result is put to a vote by unions to their members. A hybrid variant was applied at Achmea: FNV and CNV submitted the negotiation result to their members for a vote. And in addition, De Unie, FNV and CNV jointly submitted the negotiation result to all employees for a vote through an independent party and without Achmea's involvement. Achmea explains why they chose this hybrid, how the process went and what it brought them.
