In this session, Anneriet Kodde will share with us the design consideration and deployment steps taken specific to the HR system Infra-structure and Operating Model (SAP SuccessFactors). For HR this process was an important project triggered by the carve out from Unilever to the stand alone company Lipton Teas & Infusions they now are. They have chosen a pragmatic approach to begin with, with a journey ahead for further maturing as they go.
