What is this meeting about?
Nice completed project to know more about + exploration of relevant topics for you 2025. The latter as an idea suggested by one of you referring to the kick off session we had two years back at Stork.
We are guests at PWC where Michiel Lemmens (manager HR service center) will take us through PWC's HR structure and choices. Earlier this year they started with digital personal identification. This is now part of the screening you go through before joining PWC. Passport, photo via app and a biometric scan thus provide a better onboarding experience plus less manual work for the People Services team.
Furthermore, we will interactively discuss the 2025 topics relevant to you. What are ongoing projects for HR (shared) services & operations, what are the developments, where are the challenges, who may have dealt with this before and more. We will conclude the session with a wrap up of key topics to put on your agenda.
