In this live session of the Rumbold Learning & Development Community, we’ll have a real professional conversation. Not about the next tool or the latest model, but about your professional compass.

What do you stand for as an L&D professional? When do you go with the flow—and when do you push back? And how do you remain valuable when the pressure mounts?

We use the participants’ questions and dilemmas as a starting point. Together, we explore how we, as colleagues, deal with familiar tensions.
