What is this meeting about?
In 2010, the Harvard Business Review published the groundbreaking study "What's the hard return on employee wellness programs." It set a new standard worldwide: wellbeing is not a "soft" topic, but delivers demonstrable, hard results for organizations.
But why do we see this so little in practice in the Netherlands? Too often, wellbeing is still seen as something nice to add-a fruit basket, a workshop or an hour of yoga when there is money left over. This underutilizes the enormous potential of strategic wellbeing policy.
Walter Montenarie of Health Coach Program is hosting this session for us. Health Coach Program focuses on the preventive side of health and draws on scientific literature and organization at the forefront of this field.
In this inspiring session you will discover:
- What the HBR research still teaches us more than 15 years later
- How to translate wellbeing into a rock-solid business case
- What boards of directors need to really embrace wellbeing
- How you as HR take a leading role in this movement
- What practical steps you can already take tomorrow
