Omroep Gelderland – Behavior change within a change process.

If there is one industry that has been developing in recent years, it is the media industry. Reason therefore for Omroep Gelderland to move with it and start a change process to keep the organization fit for the future. Not only do they want to establish new values and a new organizational structure, but there is also plenty of attention for the employees. Because change starts with people. During this session we zoom in on what the change process evoked in the people of Omroep Gelderland and how, in this project, attention was given to the behavioral change that is necessary to keep each other fit for the future.
