JDE Peet's is undergoing a dynamic transformation in HR employee support. They are bringing HR support closer to employees through a robust knowledge base and AI-powered agents. At the same time, we are working on harmonizing the HR systems landscape-such as payroll and time & attendance-across national borders. As of July 1, 2025, HR teams are organized into regional clusters.
In this session, we aim to explore the path toward a cross-border Shared Service Center together with attending organizations:
