With ca. 6,500 employees across the EU, NKT decided to run their pay equity analysis in the beginning of 2026 with a decentralized approach using Sysarb as a pay transparency partner.
NKT is a Danish-based, global leader in the design, manufacture, and installation of high-quality low, medium, and high-voltage power cable solutions, specializing in enabling the transition to renewable energy.
NKT's workforce consists of ca. 1/3 white collar and 2/3 blue collar employees.
Cecilia Bjeremyr will share their journey, from planing a joint pay equity analysis to data preparation, system setup, to training and collaborating of their local HR managers. The PEA was conducted in February 2026, which means this session falls under the category real-time „lessons learned“. In addition to sharing their experience and challenges, they are keen to address some questions concerning the alignment of a global job architecture across many diverse local tariff and cba employee categories and groups.
