Data-driven HR. The norm for more and more organizations. But what steps do you need to take to actually make this happen? And how do you actually get intelligence out of it? We are going to talk about this with Steven Koster. A few years ago he was a member at Rumbold from HvA and with his specialization on HR intelligence he is currently working as interim quartermaster HR data analysis at Hogeschool Leiden. He will take us through his experiences and approach.
