What is this meeting about?

How do you get more visibility into the skills that individual employees have and the skills that the organization needs? Now and in the future.

Atos is going through a reorganization in the area of business operations with major consequences for its internal population. To steer this process in the right direction, both HR and objective data collection on the skills of its own employees play an important role. Atos is working with its partner BrainsFirst to map the natural talents of its employees.

Pieter Talsma (Talent & Employability Manager) and Rob Oosterveer (Senior HR & Employability Advisor) will take you through the practice of the Atos Mobility Center, and how, based on skills data, Atos employees in a reorganization are optimally guided from job to job.

During the 'session' we make the connection between concrete tasks and skills of jobs within Atos and the natural talents of employees based on insights from neuroscience. By collecting objective skills data, a better match can be made between job and brain with our own employees, inside and outside the Atos organization.

An interesting case study to hear more about and weigh in on.
