New to our community program: The EB Council, where your dilemma or idea takes center stage.
In this interactive session, you will write down your own question or dilemma in advance, take it with you, and have the opportunity to discuss it with other experienced EB professionals. Each participant comes to the table, shares his or her issue and receives immediate feedback, inspiration and practical tips from the group. This creates an energetic sparring space full of diverse perspectives and concrete ideas.
The EB-Council is not a standard session: it is the place to test your strategy, initiative or challenge live, learn from peers and take new insights back to your own organization. Everyone contributes, everyone learns, and everyone goes home with concrete inspiration that you can apply immediately.
