What is this meeting about?
Last year we arranged an inspiring session with BMW Financial Services about their integration project; merging the Financial Services and Alphabet (leasing company) organizations and the transformation process related to that.
In this session we would like to focus on the role of leadership during and after this transformation process. Their task was to: "design, develop and facilitate a leadership program that helps increase the high-performance culture at BMW Financial Services. "Esther Pistorius (HRBP), Jurgen Schmitz (consultant "Frisse Blikken") and Jules Blijde (Transformation Manager) will guide you through the set up, rollout and evaluation of this "Roadtrip".
