Paolo shares Demant’s pragmatic journey towards EU Pay Transparency. Starting from a situation where job architecture, pay philosophy and reward frameworks were still being developed, Demant is building a common global EU PTD foundation while activating requirements country by country, aligned with local legislation and readiness.
In 2nd half of the meeting we zoom in on Right to Information and its practical implications and will learn more on Demant’s approach, followed by an exchange of experiences and perspectives among participants.
