What is this meeting about?
As international remote work continues to grow in popularity and is here to stay, companies are increasingly looking at an Employer of Record type of solution to enable permanent international remote work. There are however quite some considerations to take into account and practicalities to deal with once you get into the detail, e.g. how do you deal with expenses, and travel costs? And how do you build the governance model around it? How do you ensure people employed through an EoR feel part of the organization and team?
This session will be introduced by Pepijn van den Hout of Fugro who will explain where they currently are on their EoR journey, and in which areas they are seeking input from the network on how best to deal with the issues faced.
