From absence data to control data and predictive data

Human Total Care specializes in (stress-related) absenteeism. With their various brands, they serve 65,000 employers and approximately 1.4 million employees. They themselves are employers of 2,000 employees.

We are therefore very pleased that Bram de Bont (HR BP) and Marjolijn Bruggeman (HR expert HR processes) want to give us a look inside their own organization. We will hear how they have set up their own absence registration and provider arch. We are going to explore together how relevant data can be captured within their own process in order to eventually turn this into steering data and be able to predict.
