Panel Discussion | Sharing Salary ranges (or not)

In this panel discussion we will explore two different approaches to sharing pay bands. Christian Peiner, VP Global Rewards & HR Services at Tecan, will talk about their experiences of sharing pay bands with line managers only and Niels Prashad, Rewards Strategy Partner at Just Eat Takeaway.com, will talk about their experiences of communicating salary ranges for their own role with employees. We will explore the pros and cons of both approaches, as well as any learnings to make sharing more effective.
