As a group of like-minded HR professionals from various industries and geographies, we collaborate on specific HR processes and challenges for our companies. We do this as follows:
- Through a series of meetings, engaging in co-creation, intervision, sparring, and the development of blueprints to share our experiences, insights, and best practices
- By focusing on both common ground (industry-agnostic) and industry specifics, we unleash the hidden talent amongst peers through the exchange of information and co-creation. This enables us to develop new approaches to the series challenge at hand that can be applied across companies.
- Low-threshold resources are required in this process, while ensuring that all members have equal access to information, support, and corresponding solutions for their own organizations.
To ensure such specific challenges receive sufficient attention across our HR networks, sometimes within a specific community, but often across multiple, we facilitate multiple series.
