As a group of like-minded HR professionals from various industries and geographies, we collaborate on specific HR processes and challenges for our companies. We do this as follows:

Through a series of meetings, engaging in co-creation, intervision, sparring, and the development of blueprints to share our experiences, insights, and best practices
By focusing on both common ground (industry-agnostic) and industry specifics, we unleash the hidden talent amongst peers through the exchange of information and co-creation. This enables us to develop new approaches to the series challenge at hand that can be applied across companies.
Low-threshold resources are required in this process, while ensuring that all members have equal access to information, support, and corresponding solutions for their own organizations.
