Waar gaat deze meeting over?
“how to measure & monitor the performance and how to hold the internal HR Service Delivery accountable for this?” With external providers it is considered best practice to have clear SLA’s and KPI’s in place and also to have clear consequences / penalties attached to non performance. Is this different for internal HR Service Delivery teams (being part of Shared Service Center / Global Business Services Center) or not? How are companies dealing with this?
