Waar gaat deze meeting over?

In this panel discussion we will explore how grading frameworks can (and should) remain living entities that change with the business, looking at both changing roles and changing business structure. Leonie van Eeden, Global Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Fugro, will share how they are recalibrating their grade ceiling to reflect a growing organization, and Paul Schuurman, Compensation Manager (EMEA) at Dow will share their approach to reviewing the grade for new or changed job profiles as new specialisms emerge. We’ll finish the session with some thoughts about managing situations when change isn’t needed (e.g. minor changes to job descriptions/profiles) and hope that participants will join in the discussion with their experiences of finding this balance.
