Impact of change, such as digitization, on leadership

The world is changing faster and faster and with greater and greater impact. Therefore, it is important for leaders to continue to adapt to the changing environment. Now more than ever, and tomorrow even more than ever. The "harder" side of HR driven by data, process optimization and systems is getting more and more attention. But that doesn't mean leadership has become less important. Perhaps just the opposite. But in a different way. How leadership fits into today and tomorrow and how organizations can deploy leadership effectively with, for example, ongoing digitalization is what we will talk about during this session.

We do this under the leadership of Martijn Maas and Michiel van der Weijden. Michiel is well known at Rumbold and has been a member within HR shared services for years from his previous role as Director global HR shared services at Vanderlande. Together with his associate Martijn, they run the company Leadership Evolution and train organizations and leaders on leadership and culture themes.
