Most organizations already have a job architecture. The tougher question is whether it still works.
Structures established years ago based on established methodologies such as WTW, Hay, or Mercer may no longer reflect how the organization operates today. Perhaps the reason they were originally implemented no longer aligns with their current purpose. Roles evolve, organizations transform, new skills emerge, and expectations regarding transparency and fairness are changing.
So when is it time to rethink your job architecture?
At our next Rumbold Rewards & Recognition Community meetup in Malmö, we'll bring together rewards leaders to share their experiences with reviewing and rebuilding job frameworks.
We will explore questions such as:
