Structures built years ago around established methodologies such as WTW, Hay or Mercer may no longer reflect how the organization operates today. Maybe the reason it was once implemented does not fit its current purpose anymore. Roles evolve, organizations transform, new skills emerge and expectations around transparency and fairness are changing.
So when is it time to rethink your job architecture?
At our next Rumbold Rewards & Recognition Community meetup in Malmo, we'll bring together Reward leaders to share experiences of reviewing and rebuilding job frameworks.
We will explore questions such as:
