In this session we discuss how we consolidate. What guidance do we provide from HR to ensure a common frame of reference, so that by using the 9-grid we can also speak the same language within the organization?

Together we would like to explore the use of the 9-grid as a tool to facilitate the good conversation within your own organization. We work with the 9-grid on 2 axes: performance and potential for the future. We use the 9-grid, but also other tools can facilitate the good conversation within the organization. Even if you use another tool, the meetings can be relevant to you from the underlying question: in what way can an assessment tool contribute to the good conversation?
In about five sessions (online) we spar with each other on delineated topics, where we see opportunities to use the 9-grid to facilitate the conversation in the areas of performance, talent and wellbeing. Very instructive, in-depth and fun if you attend all the meeting, but it is also okay to make a choice.
The deep dives take place monthly on Tuesdays (usually from 10 to 11 ) via Teams. Starting point is the meeting, provided by anwb, in which we have done a first exploration regarding the application of the 9 grid (this elaboration is shared with the participants in advance). Together we make sure that after each meeting you can move forward with concrete do's and dont's.
