Workshop on Social and Psychological Safety: deepening

After a nice number of online meeting(s) on the topic of social and psychological safety, we find that we have not yet decided on this. So we are organizing an on-site workshop at Royal Smit Transformers, again under the inspired leadership of Tom Ehren and Anneke Oosting of Connectus Partners. We work in a small group, a maximum of 10 participants.

The goal of the workshop, after a substantive introduction by Tom and Anneke, is to address questions and dilemmas that are on your minds that make creating a socially and psychologically safe environment in the workplace complex. Questions that can be asked include: What do I still have to learn myself when it comes to this topic, what am I up against as a person and professional, how safe do I experience my own immediate work environment, what do I need, how can I bring it to the attention of management and what stands in my way/or makes it complicated and what are supporting steps I can take to create a desired movement.

We link to HSEQ, because true safety only occurs when the physical and psychological domains work together. In this workshop, your organization's HSEQ manager is also more than welcome to make the connection between these 2 areas.
