We are very excited to organize this spar session for and with engaged DE&I professionals. We will address the hectic surrounding this important, specifically focusing on activities we can organize in this network, to provide inspiration and outside in perspective for you and your teams having to manage this in your organizations.
Facilitated by Gaby and supported by Henrieke van Bommel (PHD student focusing on DE&I and consultant at our Expert Partner Highberg) we would like to create with you an inspiring DE&I agenda for 2025 for the Rumbold – CBMN network. We will be discussing the opportunities and challenges for an inclusive and sustainable organization and create inventory for a relevant 2025 related Agenda of activities for you in our HR Networks.
