In this meeting, Gerda Slagter (Head of Corporate Social Responsibility Regions at SAP) will take us through a use case in which she will talk about creating an inclusive environment where all talents can thrive. Everyone has unique talents, and SAP won’t ask anyone to change. In recent years, awareness on Neurodiversity has grown, both in society and at the workplace, but the question is what we can offer as an organization. For example, inclusive hiring practices and support for managers and employees.
After hiring, how can you onboard colleagues best, so that they can achieve the best performance? It’s like serving your customers in a tailor-made way, SAP looks at the uniqueness of employees and creates an environment where everyone can thrive.
