Waar gaat deze meeting over?
With remote (home) working becoming the norm, many employees are wondering why they can’t also work remotely from locations other than home. For example, extending a business trip to work longer from that location, using a vacation spot as a workplace for a few weeks, spending more time at a vacation home, or for those with a migration background, staying longer with family while getting back to work.
Many employers review this on a case-by-case basis.
DOW has the ambition to create a policy on this. During this session, they will share their experiences so far, why they have chosen to create a policy, and the challenges in making a policy that works for employees, the organization, tax authorities, and insurance.
All input is welcome. If you have already created a policy and can share it, I would appreciate receiving it in advance (and will share it with DOW as input). If you don’t have a policy yet, we would like to hear during the session how you have handled requests so far and what has and hasn’t been possible
