What is the meeting about?
During this session we will hear more about the journey of the LOGEX HR A.I. powered Chatbot. As LOGEX their core business is turning data into better healthcare. The HR Operations department could colaborate with their internal A.I. team. This resulted in adapting the customer service A.I. tool that was built using OpenAI for HR use.
We will hear about the choices they made relating to relevant content, local/global setup and acces for employees. We will share ideas with each other on how to promote using the new A.I. powered Chatbot.
