This session is in collaboration with Henrieke van Bommel, Capability lead DE&I at our expert partner Highberg, and PHD student on this topic. Henrieke will share the results of the 2025 Benchmark on DE&I. This Benchmark is focused on the Dutch labor market but with an international perspective.
What are the influences of the global political arena on the outcomes of the personal experiences of employees at their national and international companies. The data will also be compared with earlier surveys and benchmarks.
We will share and discuss the outcomes with you and will start an engaging discussion what these data tell us and how we can act in a way that employees feel seen, included and that it serves a positive retention rate.
