Transformation and values, what is their correlation?

In this online session, Robert-Jan van Leeuwen 0to9 and Marijn van Weert, Mars Veghel, will show the impact of values in transformation processes. What is the use of values (research) for an organization and for an individual employee? What do values and willingness to transform have to do with each other? Multiple values or 1 core value? How can this contribute to, for example, a lower outflow, more successful business? Examples will be given by Marijn Weert about the transformation of Mars which contributed to several KPI’s, as improvement of uptime. How did they make this transparent and measurable?
