The gaming industry is notorious for its niche roles, wide salary spans, and historically secretive salary structures. But times are changing for Massive Entertainment, a Ubisoft Gaming Studio located in Malmö, Sweden with ca. 800 employees.
In this session, Johan Stridh, C&B Manager at Massive will speak about their journey from project-based salary decisions to a new job architecture and pay equity clarity, expanding from initially 5 company-wide levels to 14 pay grades.
In addition, Johan will deep dive into their process of selecting Sysarb as their pay transparency tool of choice for structuring and communicating salaries – and from a tool user-perspective, he will share what’s working well and where he sees room for improvement.
