How do you create a consistent global employer brand while keeping it relevant in very different local realities?
A global EVP gives an organization a shared direction and a consistent employer promise. But that promise lands in different contexts. Local labor markets differ, employee expectations differ and the everyday experience of the organization can differ as well. This creates a practical challenge for international employer brand teams: what needs to stay consistent globally, and where do local teams need room to make the employer brand relevant and meaningful?
Rather than providing a blueprint for localization or assessing participants’ EVPs, we will examine the choices involved. Participants bring their own experiences, compare
approaches and work through the tensions they encounter in practice. Ernst facilitates the conversation and brings in his own international employer brand and culture experience to
challenge, connect and add perspective.
Participants leave with a clearer sense of what should remain consistent everywhere, where local adaptation adds value, and how to make those choices in practice
