Waar gaat deze meeting over?
This session provides a practical view of what a Total Reward Strategy means, exploring its key building blocks and five dimensions, the reward principles that guide decision-making, and the critical trade-offs organizations need to make.
How do you align this with business strategy? How transparent should will you be? What role should line managers play? And how do you move from principles on paper to an approach that actually works in practice?
Two organizations from very different sectors — Rabobank (financial services) and Info Support (IT services) — will share their experiences, choices and lessons learned. Participants will also actively work with these business cases and spar on possible solutions using the Total Reward Strategy framework.
Topics include:
- Understanding Total Reward Strategy and its five dimensions
- Strategic alignment with business priorities
- Key reward principles and design choices
- Transparency and the role of line managers
- Governance, stakeholders and decision-making
- Implementation and roll-out
- Challenges, trade-offs and lessons learned
